Cracker Delivery

Delivery to the UK is a flat fee of £5.00. Delivery is made by 'My Hermes' couriers and takes between 3 to 5 days after crackers have been made. You can designate a safe place for your parcels to be left should you be out when the courier tries to deliver.

Higher value orders may require a signature.

We no longer use the Royal Mail for any deliveries due to poor and unreliable service.

My Hermes is an innovative courier service that is owned by independent franchisees who have their own post code delivery area. The franchisee gets paid for collecting and delivering parcels in good condition. Therefore they appear to be more professional and reliable than the Royal Mail.

Unfortunately we still have to use the Royal Mail for European deliveries. However the most important part of the delivery will of couse be made the other end by the local delivery service which I presume is far more relaible than Royal Mail.

We currently ship to the following areas:

UK (including Channel Islands)
Ireland
Europe (includes some non European countries)

We can ship to other other countries including the USA, Canada, New Zealand and Australia. However you will need to provide us with a list of items you wish to order and we will provide a shipping quote for you.

If you country is not listed please contact us to check whether we can arrange delivery for you.

Returns:

We offer a 100% no quibble refund. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase you can return the items following the guidelines below.

Change of mind: If you have changed your mind about your order and wish to return it, you may do so on the provision you inform us of your decision within 10 days of receipt of your product, in line with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR). The item must not have been used and must be in the condition it was received in. You will have 28 calendar days to return the item, which once received, we will offer you a full refund via your original payment method.

Damaged Items: If you find your goods are damaged, you must inform us within 10 days. Goods must be returned in original packaging with accompanying documentation. Once goods have been received back in our warehouse you will receive a replacement or a full refund via your original payment method.

Faulty Items: If you find your goods are faulty upon arrival you have 28 calendar days from receipt to inform us of the problem. Goods should be returned in the original packaging with documentation. Once the fault has been verified, we will reimburse you the full amount paid plus any reasonable return delivery costs via your original payment method.
